These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EP 567 and everything on the ep567.im platform — from account registration to withdrawals and bonuses. Please read them carefully. By registering and using EP 567, you agree to everything set out here.

You must be 18 or older and registering for a genuine personal account. One account per person. EP 567 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Agents and automated registrations are not permitted.
All transactions at EP 567 are in PKR. Accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Identity verification may be required.
All EP 567 bonuses come with wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Misuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting to collect them multiple times — results in forfeiture.

EP 567 will suspend or permanently close accounts involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated software, collusion or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct are void and will not be paid.
EP 567 provides deposit limits, wagering limits and self-exclusion tools for all registered players. Using these tools does not affect your ability to withdraw existing funds. If you self-exclude, EP 567 will not process a re-registration request for the duration of the exclusion period.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and EP 567, the online gaming platform operated at ep567.im ("EP 567", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the EP 567 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
EP 567 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All products on EP 567 — including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, card games, fishing games, virtual sports and the Aviator Game — are subject to these Terms. Product-specific rules may also apply and are published within the relevant section of the EP 567 platform.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use EP 567 in any way. Continued use of EP 567 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms were last updated in January 2025. EP 567 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a notice on the EP 567 platform.
To open and maintain an account on EP 567, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
EP 567 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, where required for payment verification, a recent bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
EP 567 takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending verification. If the player is confirmed to be a minor, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be void.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on EP 567. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. EP 567 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances associated with them forfeited.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your EP 567 account credentials. This includes your password, any PIN or security question answers associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, you must contact EP 567 support immediately.
EP 567 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or as a result of your having voluntarily shared those credentials with another person.
EP 567 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
You may request to close your EP 567 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ep567.im. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements being met.
All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals on EP 567 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). EP 567 does not perform currency conversion and no conversion fees apply. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your EP 567 wallet in PKR.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the EP 567 deposit section at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your EP 567 wallet following successful confirmation from the payment provider. EP 567 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible. EP 567 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts — withdrawals must go to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the EP 567 account holder.

EP 567 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is standard anti-fraud procedure and applies to all players. Providing false documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your EP 567 account correctly, or a withdrawal has not been received, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. EP 567 will investigate within 3 business days and communicate the outcome to you.
EP 567 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
All EP 567 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount used to activate the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual offer. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawing.
Bonuses at EP 567 are intended for genuine personal use. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and potentially permanent account closure:
All EP 567 bonuses have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. If a bonus has not been used and/or wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
EP 567 is not obligated to offer bonuses to any player. Bonuses may be withdrawn or modified at any time. If you have a query about a specific bonus offer, contact our support team before claiming it.
All bets placed on EP 567 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip or game selection carefully before confirming. EP 567 will not cancel or amend bets placed in error by the player after confirmation, except in cases where EP 567 itself has published incorrect odds due to a technical error.
If a technical error on the EP 567 platform results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or any other clear error, EP 567 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. EP 567 will not pay out winnings that result from a clearly erroneous odds display or system malfunction.
Cricket betting on EP 567 is governed by standard international cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, EP 567 will settle bets according to the official result published by the relevant cricket board. In-play bets already placed at the time of suspension may be voided at EP 567's discretion depending on the circumstances.
All non-live casino games on EP 567 use certified Random Number Generator systems. Each game round is independent and is not influenced by previous outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game title is published in the game's information panel within the EP 567 platform.
Live casino games on EP 567 use real dealers and physical equipment. The result of each game round is determined by the physical outcome visible in the live stream — not by software. In the unlikely event of a live feed disconnection, EP 567 will settle bets based on the last confirmed game state recorded by EP 567 servers.

If you are not satisfied with EP 567's initial response, you may escalate your complaint to the EP 567 complaints team by emailing support@ep567.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint". EP 567 will provide a final response within 14 business days of receiving the formal complaint.
EP 567's decision on all game outcomes, bet settlements and bonus disputes is final, subject to any genuine technical error being demonstrated. Dissatisfaction with an outcome that has been settled correctly under the applicable rules is not grounds for a refund or reversal.
EP 567 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Reasons for updates may include changes to the EP 567 product range, changes to payment methods, updates required by applicable regulations or corrections of errors in the existing Terms.
EP 567 will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the email address registered to their account or through a notice published on the EP 567 platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of EP 567 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
